Flat and apartment moves in London
Stairs, lifts and loading docks — priced upfront, not guessed at on the day.
From £75

“Third floor walk-up and they didn't complain once. Careful with the furniture too.”
Daniel R., Enfield
Flat moves come with a variable house moves don't: access. A third-floor walk-up costs more time and effort than a ground-floor unit with a loading dock, and we price that difference honestly rather than folding it into a vague hourly rate.
Tell us the stair count (or that a lift is available) for both addresses when you book, and it's priced into your quote from the start — £9 per flight, per address. If your building requires a lift booking or has a specific loading window, add it to the driver notes in step 3 and we'll plan around it.

Most 1-2 bedroom flats move comfortably in a Medium or Large van. If you're on a higher floor without a lift, consider adding a helper — an extra pair of hands makes a real difference on stairs and narrow hallways.
Visitor parking and loading zones vary a lot between London flat blocks — if yours has a specific spot for moving vans, mention it in your booking notes so your driver knows where to go on arrival.
