Store and warehouse pickup

“Picked up a flat-pack order I couldn't fit in the car. Easy booking.”

Liam P., Ealing

Not everything you buy fits in the car, and not every retailer delivers on your schedule. We collect from stores, trade warehouses and auction houses and bring it straight to you.

Flat-pack furniture, building materials, auction furniture and trade stock are the most common store-pickup jobs — a Medium van covers most of these, with the Luton for bulkier warehouse loads.

If your order needs a trolley from the loading bay or has a specific collection window (common with auction houses and some trade suppliers), add it to your booking notes so your driver arrives at the right entrance at the right time.

Have your order number or collection reference ready — most stores will only release goods to a driver with proof of the order, so send us a copy or have it ready to show on the day.

FAQ

Questions about this service

Do I need to give the driver my order number?
Yes — most stores only release goods with proof of purchase. Send us a copy or have it ready for the driver to show at collection.
Can you collect from an auction house?
Yes — check the auction house's own collection window and book your delivery to fit within it.
What size van do I need for a flat-pack order?
A Medium van covers most single-room flat-pack orders; go Large or Luton for a full house of furniture in one trip.
